AC adapter was plugged in , power button was glowing blue but touching POWER button  did not wake up unit . Pressed it a little longer and still dark with no reaction or screen message . Finally held button in for a longer period of 5 seconds or more and released and it finally booted up with a green arrow on bottom with a message. I clicked on that and saw 2 updates available for GM and Chrysler and the GM update just decided to start downloading and install without me even clicking on it beforehand to install.
